Cake Pictures October 20-October 25

This week was full of birthdays and baby showers. We did lots of girls' birthdays, from 16th celebrations to sports, as well as adults' birthdays, from 21st celbrations to marguerita parties. We did baby showers with themes like vintage cowboy, ladybugs, and butterflies.

This small wedding cake was a black and white beauty! The theme for this baby shower was "Vintage Cowboy".
This baby shower cake was for a boy whose name will be Christopher.
This baby shower cake was for a baby girl whose room is decorated in lady bugs and dragonflies.
This baby shower cake copied the butterfly and flower bedding used in the baby girl's room.

We had more adult birthday cakes than usual this week. Here is a sample of them.
This party for two ladies included a 3-D bottle of Patron tequila and a giant marguerita.
This cake for two brothers included a dancing skeleton, a rhyme written for the invitation, and Halloween items like bats and pumpkins around the sides.
This 40-year-old had a blackjack table celebration...complete with green felt, poker chips, and cards!
Here's a cute 21st birtday cake in lime green and hot pink.

Our children's birthday cakes were all for girls. Here they are!
This girly girl wanted flowers and butterflies and purses and sunglasses...oh, my! That's exactly what she got in this cake complete with a bright bow and twirlies!
Two 16-year-olds were celebrating a Halloween birthday together. Here's the chocolate cake with a bow and orange twirlies that we made for the party.
This 13-year-old girl plays basketball and volleyball as well as running track. This tiered cake with a bow and twirlies highlights each of her favorite sports.
This 16th birthday cake was for and ice skater.
This was the first Blue's Clues cake we'd done in quite a while. It seemed like a good idea to include it in this week's blog!
