Cake Photos from the Weekend of September 11, 12, 13

Last weekend was full of hot pink, black and white! We used those colors for birthdays, for a 13-year-old and an adult, and for a wedding shower. What a happy, fun color combination for any occasion!

We also did cakes for guys...from a pirate to R2D2 in a birthday hat.

Not to be left out, girls had cakes too. These included a WordWorld (PBS show) tiered cake for a 2-year-old, a Tinkerbelle sheet cake, a girly-girl cake for a makeover party, and a farm animal cake for an outdoorsy animal lover.

Finally, we did baby shower cakes. Both cakes took their inspiration from the baby bedding. One little one will be sleeping with frogs, and the other one has Beatles bedding that reminds her that "All you need is love."
